Shipping & Perishability Terms: Because our premium treats are baked fresh to order using real dairy and chocolate without artificial stabilizers or preservatives, all sales are final. Batch and Twine is not liable for carrier transit delays, deliveries sent to incorrectly entered addresses, or packages left unattended outdoors following delivery. Shipped exclusively within North Carolina in 100% plastic-free, compostable materials.

How We Ship

Freshly baked goods ship to addresses within North Carolina only, in accordance with state home-kitchen regulations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery speed you select. Treats are baked fresh to your chosen drop date and handed to the carrier promptly.

All Sales Are Final

Because our recipes use pure dairy, chocolate, and grains without artificial stabilizers or chemical preservatives, our products are perishable and all sales are final. We cannot grant refunds, returns, or replacements for packages delayed by shipping carriers, deliveries sent to incorrectly entered addresses, or boxes left unattended in hot, cold, or humid outdoor elements following delivery.

Food Allergy Notice: Batch and Twine products are prepared with the finest ingredients and contain common allergens including Wheat, Milk, and Eggs. While select menu items are formulated without nuts, all of our confections are baked and packaged in a shared facility that processes Peanuts and Tree Nuts (including Walnuts and Almonds). Because we operate out of a single artisanal space, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of trace cross-contact. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we advise against consuming our products.
