From Our Kitchen to Yours: The Story Behind Batch and Twine
March 11, 2026 · 4 min read · Raleigh, North Carolina
Batch and Twine started the way a lot of good things do — with a home oven, a favorite recipe, and friends who kept asking for more. What began as weekend baking in Raleigh grew into something we are proud to share with all of North Carolina.
Two simple beliefs
From the first batch, two ideas have guided everything we do: bake fresh in small quantities, and package it without a scrap of plastic. The name says it — batch for how we bake, twine for how we wrap.
Rooted in North Carolina
We are a licensed home kitchen approved by the NCDA&CS, and we are proud to be part of the local food community. Choosing a local maker means your treats are baked nearby, by someone who cares how they turn out.
What comes next
We keep our menu focused and our drops small on purpose — it is how we protect quality as we grow. Thank you for supporting a small North Carolina business. Every order you place keeps our ovens warm.
From our kitchen to yours — welcome to Batch and Twine.
